On November 23, 2013, Krystyna Estrada broke her own school record in the 100 freestyle with a time of 54.45, surpassing the 54.54 mark she set last season.

In support of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, 50 Colby-Sawyer College students participated in "A Night Without a Dorm" on Friday evening, Nov. 15. Organized by the Sociology Club and Campus Activities Board, the 12-hour event raised awareness about homelessness while collecting donations for the Concord Cold Weather Shelter.

The Colby-Sawyer College Men's basketball team was chosen to finish third in the North Atlantic Conference standings in 2012-13 according to a vote conducted by the league's coaches. Led by Head Coach William Foti and Assistant Coaches Joshua Pincoske, Ed Winter, Josh Adams, Andrew St. Clair, the team is comprised on 12 student athletes including two first-year students, four sophomores, five juniors and two seniors.

Colby-Sawyer College's Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Club, an affiliate of the Greater Sullivan County Medical Reserve Corps (GSCMRC), organized "Walk New London Diabetes Project" on Sunday, Nov. 10. The walkathon, in honor of Diabetes Awareness Month, brought students and the New London community together to encourage healthy lifestyle initiatives. Established in March 2009, the GSCMRC aims to engrain volunteers to fortify public health, emergency response and stimulate community resiliency.
