Nursing Students Continue Perfect Pass Rate
One hundred percent of Colby-Sawyer's 2018 undergraduate nursing class passed the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) on their first attempt. This is Colby-Sawyer's third straight year of achieving a perfect pass rate.

Student-Faculty Duo to Present at Association of Writers and Writing Programs Conference
Meaza Petros '19 was accepted to present at the Association of Writers and Writing Programs Conference in Portland, Ore. in March with Associate Professor of Humanities and poet Ewa Chrusciel; their panel proposal, "Hoopoes and Dybbuks: Immigrant and Refugee Voices," was one of 500 selected from more than 2,000.

Achieved Clinical Nurse Leader Certification
One hundred percent of Colby-Sawyer's first cohort of Master of Science in Nursing students passed the Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) certification exam on their first attempt. Passing the exam officially certifies the students as CNLs, an emerging nursing role established by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing in response to the need for cost-effective nurse leaders that can provide evidence-based health care delivery across a variety of clinical settings.

Students Lead Colby-Sawyer's Renewed Commitment to Sustainability
Students in the Community-Based Research Project class lead the way in the college's renewed commitment to sustainability. President Susan D. Stuebner signed the Second Nature's Climate Commitment based on resilience assessments conducted by students.

Nursing Grads Receive Commendation from N.H. Governor Maggie Hassan
For their professional success, future contributions to the health care of New Hampshire's citizens, and their commitment to the health and well-being of their fellow citizens, New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hassan recognized Colby-Sawyer College's exceptional 2016 undergraduate nursing class with a commendation at the Governor and Executive Council meeting held on campus Wednesday, Aug. 24.
