Reuben Mcneil Enrolls at Colby-Sawyer College

This fall, Colby-Sawyer welcomed 294 first-year and transfer students from 18 states and seven countries, including Reuben Mcneil. Mcneil's major is creative writing.

The Class of 2021 begin college with an average high school grade point average (GPA) of 3.37, a slight increase over last year's incoming class and higher than the nation's 3.0 average. More than a third of the class earned a high school GPA of 3.5 or better.

Seventeen of the 294 new students are transfers from other institutions, including community colleges in the state. An articulation agreement between Colby-Sawyer and Lakes Region Community College (LRCC) in Laconia, New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) in Concord, River Valley Community College (RVCC) in Claremont, and White Mountain Community College in Berlin, enables qualified graduates to finish their undergraduate studies at Colby-Sawyer.
