Nicholas Ciarlante Receives the 2014 Colby-Sawyer Award

Nicholas Ciarlante of Stoneham received the 2014 Colby-Sawyer Award during the Commencement Ceremony held on Saturday, May 10.

The Colby-Sawyer Award is given to the senior who, in the opinion of the faculty, best exemplifies the ideals of the college in personal dignity, intellectual growth, contribution to campus life and constructive influence on other students. A Business Administration major, Ciarlante was recognized for his leadership and dedication to the college, his work as the Student Government Association (SGA) president for three consecutive years, his communication of student voices to the college's Board of Trustees, and many other roles on campus.

"Nick is hardworking, honest and tireless in the energy he devotes to the college ... [to make] our community better," said one nominator.
