Meredith Fogg Inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing

2018 Apr 25

Meredith Fogg was inducted into Colby-Sawyer College's chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing on Monday, April 2.

Sigma Theta Tau provides leadership and scholarship in practice, education and research to enhance the health of all people. Members must have a GPA of 3.0, rank in the top 35 percent of their graduating class, meet the expectation of academic integrity and obtain faculty endorsements.

Fogg, who graduated from Colby-Sawyer in 2015 with a B.S. in nursing, is currently employed as an R.N. at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. She will graduate on Saturday, May 5, as a member of Colby-Sawyer's first cohort of graduate students in its Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) program.

The 21-month M.S.N. program, developed in collaboration with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, meets the demand for the education of the advanced generalist nurse as a Clinical Nurse Leader and is structured around the quality and integrity standards of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education’s Essentials of Master’s Education in Nursing.
