Hermella Tekle Graduates as a Wesson Honors Student

Hermella Tekle of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, graduated as a member of the Wesson Honors Program at Colby-Sawyer College on Saturday, May 7. Tekle majored in History and Political Studies.

The Wesson Honors Program provides intensive academic, cultural and social opportunities for the most motivated and capable Colby-Sawyer students who combine a solid work ethic and natural ability with intellectual curiosity. On completion of honors courses and a Capstone, graduating students receive an honors certificate, a blue and white honors cord, and the designation Wesson Honors Program is added to their diplomas and transcripts.
