Aislinn O'Connor Named NEAC East Division Women's Tennis Rookie of the Year

Colby-Sawyer College first-year student Aislinn O'Connor, an Athletic Training major from New Fairfield, Conn., has been selected as the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) East Division Women's Tennis Rookie of the Year.

O'Connor has posted an overall record of 8-4 in singles action, including a perfect 5-0 record in conference play. She earned NEAC East Rookie of the Week honors once this season and becomes the Charger's second-straight Rookie of the Year and third in four years.

The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) is an athletic conference, affiliated with the NCAA 's Division III, consisting primarily of small liberal arts colleges throughout New England, including: Castleton State College, Colby-Sawyer College, University of Maine at Farmington, Green Mountain College, Husson University, Johnson State College, Lyndon State College, Maine Maritime Academy, New England College, Thomas College.
